OUR HISTORY

A story spanning more than a century of dedication to flour production. Since our foundation in 1902 in the municipality of Rose, we have undergone profound transformations to meet the ever-evolving needs of the modern world.

1902

The first mill was established in the municipality of Rose (CS), a small stone mill powered by water. The beginning of a story of passion and dedication.

1948

Molino Bruno made a strategic move by relocating to the urban area of Cosenza, becoming a trusted partner for industries, bakeries, artisans, and consumers.

2002

We ushered in a new era of innovation with the construction of the state-of-the-art plant in Montalto Uffugo, which still represents our main headquarters today.

Today

Molino Bruno stands out as a leader in the sector, guided by the fifth generation. Cutting-edge technologies and renewable energy for 100% green flours.
